I have had nothing but brilliant…

I have had nothing but brilliant service from Specialized. The staff have been friendly and very helpful sorting out a replacement bike for me. Apart from one small blip when someone left we got back on track and they’ve been brilliant. Thanks to the staff concerned.

Terrible company

Terrible company! They never pick up calls and they take months to send out parts. I’ve had a bike in the shop for two months now waiting for the to send the parts. They keep blaming it on the shop owner. If you want to be able to ride, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They also have the worst customer service you could ever experience.

Don’t buy from Specialized online

Do not buy anything online from Specialized Singapore. I ordered some bike shoes and they delivered the wrong type, colour and size. Despite many attempts to contact them I received no response. Also LinkedIn the head of the company to explain the situation and still nothing.

Do not buy a specialized bike

Do not buy a specialized bike. My electric bike which is under 1 year old had problems with the battery and they are constantly finding new explanations for why they should not give a guarantee. I will never buy a bike from them again. It ends up costing me a lot of money (in addition to the very expensive bike) and it has cost the company a customer for life.

Just a customer. Ordered a specialized bike five months…

Ordered a specialized bike five months ago that has not arrived and no information on the bike is available from the local bike shop or specialized.
The customer care specialist are very nice as they keep repeating "that is not customer facing." What this means is managers and sales people who have the answers, like where is the bike you ordered five months ago, will not talk to clients. Bottom line, if you order a specialized bike you are clearly smart enough to recognize the quality of their product but dumb enough not to recognize that they have no regard for their customers.
Less than ZERO!!!

Nice bikes

Nice bikes, but the grips fell off... :(
I tried to contact them but was unable to. The local dealer closed.

Great eBike - shame about delivery time!

Bought a Specialized eBike for my wife’s birthday. The best bit first - we are delighted with the bike - it’s what my wife hoped for and more! Now the not so good bit. We ordered in Aug 20, promised delivery in October. It finally arrived late January 2021!! The shop were not brilliant at keeping us updated either. Such a shame!

Bought a Specialized Pitch ..possibly…

Bought a Specialized Pitch ..possibly the worst bike I have ever bought ..the gears are absolutely atrocious , slipping constantly , I've had work done to fix the problem , lasted about a week then the gears slipped again , had a Marin before ..loved it ..

Specialised Tarmac

I've owned a Specialised Tarmac, purchased from Sigma Sports, for over a year now. It's the best bike I've ever owned. Not had any problems with it so far. Had a go at a track day trying loads of different bikes and the Specialised had by far the best ride feel, unless you wanted to spend twice as much on a Look.
Highly recommended if you have the money to spend.

Beware of buying Specialized Bikes

I bought a Sirrus X 2.0 from Specializedconcept store website, although it was delivered from Chelsmford store (cycle revolution). There were problems with the gears and chain on delivery and are refusing to accept return. Each Concept store is a separate company, I live in Birmingham so have to pay to get the problems fixed. Don't buy Specialized bikes over priced and poor quality. You think you are buying from Chelmsford Concept store you are not, they get it delivered from elsewhere, Colchester in my case. Beware after you have paid they do not accept any responsibility.

Quality customer service

I had issues with my newly bought Specialized Allez Elite bike. James Nolan from Specialized provided top class customer service in resolving issues promptly. He went beyond my expectations and my bike is ready for a ride now. Thanks for taking care of the case and understanding customer issues!

Great Experience (Contrary to others)

Have ordered from Specialized a couple times and delivery has always been prompt. The one time I needed customer service I received a response within a day. High quality products and services.
